Last updated: January 2025. Tamarind Bay Suites (“we”, “our”) respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect when you enquire, book or subscribe — and what we never do with it.

What we collect

Contact details you share (name, email, phone), stay details (dates, party, requests) and newsletter preferences. Our site also counts anonymous visits so we know which pages help guests most.

How we use it

Only to run your stay: confirming availability, preparing your room, and — if you opt in — sending occasional news. We never sell personal data, and marketing emails always carry an unsubscribe link.

How long we keep it

Booking records are kept as tax law requires; enquiries that never become stays are removed after two years. Newsletter contacts persist until you unsubscribe, which takes effect immediately.

Your rights

Ask us anytime for a copy, correction or deletion of your data at stay@tamarindbaysuites.com. We reply within 30 days. If you feel we fell short, you may contact your local privacy regulator.
